2. Scope of Services

We provide logistics and supply chain services including, but not limited to:

• Sourcing & Procurement
• Air Freight
• Sea Freight (FCL / LCL)
• Road Transport Services
• Door-to-Door Delivery
• Personal & Commercial Relocations
• Warehousing & Distribution
• Customs Clearance Broker
• Fulfillment & Inventory Management
• Last-Mile Delivery

Unless expressly agreed in writing, we act as a logistics agent and freight forwarder, arranging services through third-party carriers, service providers, and suppliers. We do not act as a carrier unless specifically agreed in writing.

3. Use of Website

You agree to use this website in compliance with UAE laws and regulations. Unauthorized use, disruption, or misuse of the website is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access if misuse occurs.

4. Quotes, Rates, and Payments

• All quotations are indicative and subject to confirmation.
• Rates may change due to fuel surcharges, carrier fees, customs duties, port charges, storage, or regulatory requirements.
• Additional charges caused by incorrect, late, or incomplete information provided by the customer shall be borne by the customer.
• Payments must be made as per agreed terms. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or delay.

5. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

• Provide accurate shipment details, weight, dimensions, value, and contents
• Ensure goods are properly packed, labeled, and compliant with applicable laws
• Provide correct and complete documentation for customs and authorities
• Declare restricted, hazardous, or high-value goods in advance

Failure to comply may result in delays, penalties, additional charges, or refusal of service.

6. Prohibited and Restricted Goods

We do not handle goods prohibited under UAE law or international conventions, including but not limited to:

• Narcotics or controlled substances
• Weapons, ammunition, or explosives
• Counterfeit or illegal goods
• Undeclared hazardous materials

We reserve the right to inspect shipments and report violations to authorities.

7. Customs Clearance

Where customs clearance assistance is provided:

• We act solely as an agent based on documentation supplied by the customer.
• We are not responsible for customs delays, inspections, penalties, or seizures.
• All duties, taxes, fines, and related charges are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Warehousing, Fulfillment & Inventory

• Goods stored in our warehouse are held at the customer’s risk unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We are not liable for loss or damage caused by force majeure, inherent nature of goods, or improper packaging.
• Inventory records are maintained in good faith and are subject to reasonable operational variance.

9. Relocation & Door-to-Door Services

• Customers must declare all personal and commercial items accurately.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, missing documentation, or regulatory requirements.
• Fragile or valuable items must be declared and packed appropriately.

10. Liability and Limitation

• Our liability, if any, is limited to the extent permitted under UAE law and applicable international conventions.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business.
• We are not responsible for acts or omissions of third-party carriers, agents, or service providers.
• Claims must be submitted in writing within 7 or 14 days from the date of delivery or expected delivery.

11. Insurance

Unless expressly agreed in writing, insurance is not included. Customers are responsible for arranging appropriate insurance coverage for their goods.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Weather conditions
• Government actions
• Port congestion
• Labor disputes or public emergencies

13. Right of Lien

We reserve the right to exercise a lien over goods for unpaid charges, storage fees, duties, or expenses incurred in connection with the services.

14. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, logos, images, and graphics, is the property of Vioota FZE LLC and may not be used without prior written consent.

15. Privacy

Personal data collected through this website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UAE data protection laws.

16. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if:

• These Terms are breached
• Illegal or misdeclared goods are involved
• Payment obligations are not fulfilled

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ajman, UAE.
